Vikarabad: District officials have made all arrangements for conducting Intermediate exams starting from February 27 to March 13. A total of 17,217 students are appearing for the exam, of which 7,784 are in Junior Inter, and 6,469 are Senior Inter students and the remaining are vocational students. Vocational exams will be conducted from March 13 to 18.

As many as 24 exam centres have been set up including Mominpet government junior college. The officials are taking measures to conduct the exams under CCTV surveillance to prevent mass copying. As part of it, the Intermediate Board officials already installed CC cameras at the exam centres.

Officials have advised students not to fall prey to pressure and write the exam with confidence to secure good marks. Nodal officers are making plans to put government junior colleges atop in the results.About 10 paper storage points have been set up to store and transport question and answer sheets to examination centres.

The question papers will be stored in Tandur, Vikarabad, Parigi, Marpalli, Kulkacherla, Doma, Mominpet, Nawabpet, Kodangal and Peddemul. Invigilators, TSDOs, lecturers, revenue, police officials, Flying squad team consisting of four members, sitting team and deck squad teams are deployed to conduct the exams in a peaceful manner. Nodal officer Shanker Nayak, Parigi Junior College principal Ramchandra and lecturer Swamy are among the squad team who will inspect centres.
