Padma inspects UGD trunk line works

Hastinapuram: Underground drainage (UGD) trunk line works from Nandanavanam to Lalitha Nagar was inspected by Corporator Ramavath Padma Srinu Naik with GHMC engineering officials accompanied in the division on Friday. She advised the officials and contractor to expedite the works and complete the trunk line without compromising on quality and without causing any inconvenience to the locals holding them responsible for the completion of roads without any pot holes and piles of debris.
With the newly laying line, most of the sewerage problem will be solved, said Padma. “We are developing the division with all basic facilities which include drinking water, CC Roads and street lights,” she added. The state government’s prestigious ‘Kanti Velugu’ has been receiving over-whelming local people.
The residents and leaders of the division strived hard in maintaining cleanliness during Swachh Survekshan-2019 programme said the Corporator. AE Raghu and working inspector Ramesh were present.
