Tarnaka: The LPG mafia and the supplying agency on Thursday allegedly tried to loot a consumer in the name of providing cylinder. Sambhavi HPS Gas Agency, Tarnaka, allegedly supplied an empty cylinder with seal to Suvarna Rao of Lalapet. When Rao’s family members wanted to use it they found it was an empty. When they informed the gas agency, its staffer Chandraiah allegedly tried to remove the seal. Angered over this act, the consumer lodged a complaint to the ASO of Circle 9. Senior checking officer Srinivasulu reached the house and inspected the sealed cylinder. He informed Suvarna Rao that action would be taken against the agency.
