Karimnagar: People from all walks of life across the district have been celebrating the Tuesday’s surgical strike by distributing sweets and burning crackers. They raised slogans ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ and ‘Jai Hind’ for giving a fitting answer to the terrorists groups present in Pakistan through Surgical Air strike by India.

It is to be noted that 12 days after the Pulwama attack, India had struck the three biggest training camps of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) in an intelligence-led operation in the early hours on Tuesday on receiving the credible information from Intelligence agencies that JeM was attempting another suicide terror attack in various parts of the country.

Speaking to The Hans India, Junior Warrant Officer of Indian Air Force E Kalidas said that he was so happy and feeling proud for taking revenge against Pulwama attack in which many of our brave soldiers died. Many people from all sections took out a candle rally and felt sorry for the brave soldiers, who died in the terrorist attack.

But today every citizen of the country was celebrating for the greatest step taken by the Indian Air Force for demolishing entire terror setup in the suicide bombing training centre in Balakot of JeM and killing over 300 terrorists in the covert operation, he added.

E Ramana Reddy of Indian Army said that it is a great day in the Indian history and is the beginning to end terrorism present across the globe. Every soldier in the country is feeling proud for taking revenge against the terror groups for Pulwama attack.

On number of occasions, India tried to settle down the issues through discussions, but Pakistan did not mend its ways. Now the time has come, and India had given a fitting lesson to Pakistan. The Indian army is ready to do such kind of strikes again and again for establishing peace and harmony in the country, he added. Meanwhile, members of student unions and people's organisations took out rallies celebrating the occasion.
