​Luxettipet: Circle Inspector B Mohan said the police department has launched ‘Jana Mytri’ programme to solve the problems in villages besides maintaining law and order. He was addressing the residents of Talamala village that was adopted by police department, on Wednesday.

At the behest of the Circle Inspector, the villagers poured out their problems like lack of pucca road, submerged road during rainy season, a few villagers unable to get Aadhaar card. Later the officials distributed school uniforms, bags, books, slates, pens to the children.
