Mancherial: Telangana Boggu Gani Karmika Sangham members on Tuesday took out a huge motor cycle rally in Srirampur on the last day of the campaign. The rally was led by Peddapalli MP Balka Suman.

The rally, commencing from the stadium at Srirampur, wound its way through the industrial estates Krishna Colony, CCC and Nagarjuna Colony and returned to Srirampur.

Addressing the gathering, Suman appealed to the coal miners to give their vote to TBGKS, whose victory would ensure jobs to the wards of Singareni workers under dependent quota.

He called upon the workers not to forfeit their rights out of craze for the national-level trade unions. He alleged that the national trade unions were responsible for depriving the jobs under hereditary quota to the workers.

It was high time the workers saw through the nefarious designs of the national trade unions, he added.

Over 3,000 Singareni workers took part in the rally. Local legislator Diwakar Rao and Siddipeta MLA Farooq Hussain, TBGKS president Venkat Rao and others took part in the rally.
