DGP reviews situation in Utnoor
DGP M Mahender Reddy on Friday reviewed the law and order situation in Utnoor with the officials. In a video-conference from Hyderabad, the DGP told the officials not to be complacent however it appears peaceful in the trouble-torn Agency region. He suggested several measures to the DIG P Pramod Kumar and Superintendent of Police Vishnu S Warrier, who are in Utnoor.

The DIG and the SP informed the situation and the measures taken by them to maintain peace in the region.
It may be mentioned here that violence broke in Utnoor and several surrounding villages when some miscreants desecrated the statue of Raj Gond martyr Kumram Bheem at Betalguda village under Narnoor mandal on December 15, thus leading to a clash between Adivasis and Lambadas.
