Peddapalli: “Safe drinking water will be supplied to each and every household through taps in the entire State with Mission Bhagirath, which the Chief Minister, K Chandrashekar Rao, had launched,” stated Peddapalli MLA Dasari Manohar Reddy, after inaugurating Mission Bhagiratha project works at Vodkapur village of Julapalli mandal in the district on Friday.

Speaking on the occasion, the MLA stated the works under Mission Bhagiratha were going on at a quicker pace in the constituency. After arranging pipelines, tap connections will be given to every household from village to town in the district for supplying safe drinking water.

He stated that the State government had fulfilled all the promises it made to the people before going to elections in 2014. Apart from that the government had also introduced many welfare schemes for improving the living standards of people of various communities. Telangana State has become a role model for other states present across the country, the MLA lauded.

The decision of sanctioning of Rs 4,000 per acre to the farmers by the State government was a revolutionary step in agricultural sector and will create history in Indian politics, MLA Dasari said.

The leaders of Opposition parties were unable to digest the enormous popularity the TRS government is getting among the people and were trying to create confusion among them by blaming the government unnecessarily, he alleged.

The people are ready to teach a befitting lesson to them in coming up days, the MLA warned.Vodkapur Sarpanch K Kalakondaiah, Julapalli Sarpanch Kanjrla Venkataiah, G Ravi, P Anil, A Srinivas, K Anjaiah, P Krupakar Rao, K Jogaiah and M Narsaiah were present along with others.
