Telangana has earned the sobriquet of all round development, Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao said. Inaugurating Rs 1.64 crore community hall and two children parks here on Thursday, the Minister said that Telangana led by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has become a beacon for other states in the country.

“The 2018-19 budget, which the State government had introduced earlier in the day, will further boost the economic growth of the State. The budget has laid equal impetus on both urban and rural development,” KTR said.
The Minister directed District Collector Krishna Bhaskar to develop the Kargil Lake as a tourism spot. Later, KTR inspected the works of integrated district collectorate complex. TSCOB chairman Konduri Ravinder Rao, CESS chairman D Laxma Reddy, Municipal Chairperson S Pavani, district libraries chairman A Shankaraiah, farmers coordination committee district president G Narsaiah and Municipal Commissioner Ramana Chary were among others present.
