KU MAD Show-2018 on April 6 & 7

Kakatiya University management students’ two-day meet, ‘MAD Show’-2018 (Management Aptitude Development Show) titled ‘Synergy’ is scheduled to be held on the varsity campus on April 6 and 7.

Warangal: Kakatiya University management students’ two-day meet, ‘MAD Show’-2018 (Management Aptitude Development Show) titled ‘Synergy’ is scheduled to be held on the varsity campus on April 6 and 7.

The event assumed a special significance this year as it commemorates silver jubilee celebrations marking the milestone of completing 25 years of MAD Show. Constituent colleges offering MBA course like University College of Commerce and Business Management, University Arts and Science College, University College of Engineering and Technology, University College of Women (PG) jointly organising the mega event.

The beginning of a new era ‘Aadya’ is the theme of the event. About one thousand students from sixty colleges from Karnataka, AP and Telangana states will attend the event, informed the faculty advisor, head and principal of University College of Commerce and Business Management Prof VVS Sarma.

Commerce and Business Management dean Prof Kamaleshwar Rao Suryadevara noted that it is a signature platform and meeting point, bringing together young management students offering a great opportunity to exhibit skills and talents competing with their peers.

It is expected that nearly one hundred alumni of the department may attend the event. Events like HR Case Master, Mock Job Express, Head Hunter, Finance Case Mater, Stock Wala, Dravina, Marketing Case Master, Ad Mantra, Market Marvel and many informal events will be organised.

‘Dignitary Talks’ by experts from corporate sector is part of the event, which will be inaugurated by KU Vice-Chancellor Prof R Sayanna. A host of alumnus such as Ramdev Palkampally, MD, Vensa Infrastructure Ltd.; GL Vinod Kumar, CEO, Shriram Fortune Solutions Ltd; SV Vinay Kumar, superintendent, Central Board of Excise and Customs, Mumbai; T Srinivas Rao, divisional manager, TSTDC; and many others will attend the event to share
experiences with students.
