Cong, YSRCP fleecing people: Naidu

Palakole (West Godavari): Telugu Desam party president Chandrababu Naidu warned people to beware of the Congress party which had already swindled several thousands of crores. He was addressing people at various places between Pennada and Bhageswaram of Palakole mandal in West Godavari district as part of 'Vastunnaa Meekosam' pada yatra on Tuesday. He covered 13 km on the fourth day. The former chief minister said that while Telugu Desam was committed to the welfare of people, both mother Congress and its child had been lining their pockets with people's money. A large number of people attended to the meetings of the TDP chief throughout the pada yatra. Slightly modifying the style of speech, Chandrababu Naidu fired questions first and later gave answers to them. He said that the government had been spending Rs. 5500 crore on health, but was getting a revenue of Rs. 20,000 crore on liquor sale. people should take note of this closely. He said that the people of Bhimavaram and Palakole areas were socially conscious and they could differentiate the good and evil. He appealed to the people to join force to eradicate the evils in the society. He said that the people would never trust the parties like YSR Congress. The TDP chief said that there would be recognition for the hard working activists in the party.
