Go Green with Delhi Public School Nadergul
In order to create more awareness towards the environment among the young children, Delhi Public School, Nadergul has initiated several in-house activities wherein students were involved in hands-on activities to bring them more close to the Mother Earth and, know and value the importance of environment.

‘May our surrounds remain healthy and euphoric, May all the trees bloom and flourish’
This was the urge shown by students of Delhi Public School, Nadergul on the occasion of World Environment Day
The celebrations started with day one by primary children who performed a beautiful mime on conservation of environment, followed by several plantation drive activities like plantation of saplings in biodegradable coconut shells, vertical gardening using discarded water bottles, growing of herb patch, a heart-touching skit comparing past, present and predicting the future earth, by middle-school children, campaigning on ‘No Plastic’ and many more.
Though this is the third year of its establishment, Delhi Public School, Nadergul proudly owns around 3000 plus plants in its campus creating an eco-friendly environment for the children. The school has also initiated each student to adopt a plant from the campus for a year and see to its growth. Students of the school have taken an oath to continue the green initiative throughout their life.
