At a programmed held at administrative building conference hall, ED-Ramagundam/Telangana Dr PP Kulkarni administered the pledge in English and GM (TS) PK Ladd administered in Hindi.
Anti-Terrorism Day is being observed across the country on May 21 to commemorate the death anniversary of former Prime Minister late Rajiv Gandhi.
