Class 8 student beaten up by teacher in Nalgonda, critical

A Class 8 student was allegedly beaten up by his teacher on Friday at Nakirekal of Nalgonda district.
Apparao who is working at Krishnaveni talent school beat the student black and blue following which the student lost his consciousness. The school staff alerted his parents and shifted him to a hospital.
Meanwhile, the family members of the student vented out anger over the school management for being rash with the students.
In a similar case, a Class 5 boy was thrashed by his teacher for not excelling in studies on June 21, 2019. The student was beaten up on his legs with a stick.
On learning the issue, the parents of the boy confronted the school Headmaster who settled the matter after discussing with both the parties.
