DCCB to extend loans to govt staff, SHGs

Nalgonda: The District Co-operative Central Bank (DCCB) has decided to give loans to government employees, self help groups (SHGs) and also provide loans under agriculture and non-agriculture sectors for the higher education of children of farmers during the financial year 2019-2020.
As per the official information, the DCCB bank has planned to provide Rs 450 crore as crop loans for Rabi and Kharif seasons, Rs 40 crore for self-help groups, Rs 5 lakh personal loans to government employees and Rs 30 lakh education loan to students for higher studies.
Meanwhile, the bank is also offering one time settlement to farmers who could not get crop loan waiver in 2008.
