Father booked for sexually assaulting daughter in Hyderabad
A 13-year-old was sexually assaulted by her father here at Shabad mandal of Rangareddy district on Sunday.

Getting into the details, the accused who is working as a daily wage labourer in a factory committed the offence while her daughter was alone at the house. He further threatened the girl to dire consequences if she disclosed the matter to anyone.
However, the girl shared her ordeal with her mother who lodged a complaint against her husband. Meanwhile, the accused has gone absconding fearing of the arrest. An investigation is underway.
On September 19, a man was arrested in Velikkate village of Thorrur mandal of Warangal for sexually assaulting his daughter. The police registered a case under section 376 of IPC and relevant sections including POCSO act and arrested him.
