Hyderabad: 236 booked in drink and drive case in 2 days

- All the people caught are aged about 21 to 30 years, said the police
During the weekend drunk and drive check conducted by the city traffic police, around 236 people were booked for driving under the influence of alcohol on September 27 and 28.
"Repeated warnings from police fell on deaf ears as all the people caught are educated persons including IT professionals and most of them are aged about 21 to 30 years," said the police. The police urged the public not to drink and drive as it could lead to fatal road accidents.
