A man hailing from Dabeerpura in the city was killed in a road accident at Bayview district of San Francisco on Sunday.
Syed Waseem Ali (27), a resident of Walnut Ave, Fremont in California was dead on the spot when the car he was travelling in collided with another car between third street and Paul Avenue intersection.
Another man who suffered injuries died while undergoing treatment at a local hospital and one more escaped with injuries.
The family of the deceased appealed to the Minister of External Affairs, Dr S Jayashankar to help them in getting the body to India for last rites.
