Metro passengers can soon file a complaint regarding any nuisance in the metros on a WhatsApp group as the HMRL officials is planning to launch the facility soon.
The initiate comes in the wake of a commuter creating nuisance in a train in drunk state on September 8, said HMRL managing director NVS Reddy. "The person was not drunk but pretended to be in inebriated state and created nuisance to get attention," said Reddy adding that person's under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed inside metro trains.
He further said that with the launch Whatsapp group facility, the passengers can file instant complaint on the group and get them arrested.
