Khammam district magistrate Jayamma dies of viral fever

The second additional first class magistrate of Khammam district court has died of viral fever in the wee hours on Monday.

Jayamma (45) is reported to have admitted to KIMS in Secunderabad with viral fever four days ago. She died in the early hours on Monday while undergoing treatment.

The magistrate transferred to Khammam district court from Sattenapalli following high court bifurcation. Judges and lawyers who worked with Jayamma expressed grief over her death.

She was born in Ayodhya Nagar at Hanwada mandal of Mahabubnagar district.
