KTR asked them to eye on the municipalities and entrusted them with the responsibility of making the colony presidents, well-educated to take the membership. He asked to arrange special counters for the enthusiasts who are interested in taking the membership.
To intensify the drive, KTR asked the representatives to hold special drives in villages. He also asked them to submit a report on the number of people took the membership. He also directed them to ensure 50,000-60,000 people taking membership in every constituency until the deadline.
