Man dies after being hit by police car in Hyderabad

A man was dead after being hit by police car on Friday morning here near Uppal ring road in the city. The victim identified as Chandra Rao died on the spot. Chandra Rao is a resident of Shubodaya colony at Karmanghat.
Getting into the details, Rao is learned to have sustained grievous injuries and died on the spot. Further details are awaited.
On December 9, 2018, an auto driver suffered serious injuries after his vehicle rammed into a median and collided head-on with a police patrol car at Shankarpally of city outskirts.
In a similar case, a GHMC worker was mowed down by the police car in Hyderabad on August 16, 2018. The 55-year-old woman identified as Sayamma succumbed to serious injuries.
