Minor Irrigation census programme held

Medak: The district level training programme for 6th Minor Irrigation census and census of water bodies was held here on Tuesday. Chief planning officer Srinivasulu explained about the census of water bodies.

Speaking on the occasion, he said mandal level training programmes will also be held to identify the water bodies. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of district Collector K Dharma Reddy. While explaining about the census of waterbodies, the Collector directed all the tahsildars to take up the task immediately.

Joint Collector, RDO, tahasildars, MPDOs PD of NREGS, APOs, planning and census officers were present.
