Warangal: With notification for the conduct of parishad polls is not far away, the Warangal Urban district administration is making sure that all things are taken care of.
Urban District Collector Prashanth Jeevan Patil, who reviewed arrangements being taken at Dharmasagar mandal headquarters on Wednesday, said that fool proof measures will be taken for the counting of votes polled in the elections to zilla parishad territorial constituencies (ZPTCs) and mandal parishad territorial constituencies (MPTCs) to be held in two phases.
He told the officials to ensure proper security arrangements at VMR polytechnic college and social welfare gurukul school where ballot boxes are stored and counting take place.
Zilla parishad CEO Vijaya Gopal, assistant collector B Santhosh, trainee collector Manu Chowdary and ACP K Narsing Rao were among others present.
