The Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, Anjani Kumar on Monday invoked PD Act against a property offender, who has been committing serial property thefts under Bahadurpura and Falaknuma police station limits.
Hyderabad: The Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, Anjani Kumar on Monday invoked PD Act against a property offender, who has been committing serial property thefts under Bahadurpura and Falaknuma police station limits.
According to the Commissioner, Tamata Shiva Singh (19), has been committing burglaries, thefts and bike lifting in the limits of Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda Police Commissionerates to make easy money and lead lavish life.
So far, he has committed 21 offences and has been creating panic among the general public. Sultan Bazar police arrested the accused on Monday and remanded to judicial custody.
The preventive detention order was executed on the accused and lodged in Central Prison, Chanchalguda.
