Aler (Yadadri-Bhongir): Bharatiya Janata Party official spokesperson Raghunandan Rao stated that a cold war between the old and the new batch of leaders will sink the TRS ship in near future.

On Sunday, on the way to attend a party meeting in Jangaon, he stopped at Aler and spoke to the media. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Central government was developing the country in all aspects as per the aspirations of the people.

"Both the Prime Minister and the Home Minister, Amit Shah, took a bold decision of revoking Article 370 with regard to Jammu and Kashmir in order to protect the sovereignty of the country," he said.

Referring to the statements made by Health Minister Eatala Rajender, Rao said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was giving top priority to anti-Telangana leaders who shifted their loyalties to TRS for selfish needs than the leaders who were with him from day one of Telangana agitation.

Errabelli Dayakar Rao, who joined the pink party, for the minister post has no right to talk about Telangana agitators.

Responding to MLC Karne Prabhakar's comments, the BJP leader asked as to how far it was correct for the Chief Minister to reserve a cabinet berth to an opportunist like Gutha Sukender Reddy who shifted his loyalties for political existence by ignoring committed leader like MLC Karne Prabhakar.

Later, he interacted with party local leaders and enquired about the status of party membership drive in Aler Assembly constituency.
