Hyderabad: Major mishap averted in Ameerpet on Monday morning when an RTC bus rammed into shops.
According to SR Nagar police, the RTC bus which was heading towards Miyapur from Secunderabad when it reached to C 1442 Metro Rail pillar lost its control after one of its tyres got punctured and hit a metro pillar.
The cautious driver turned the steering to left side and stopped it after hitting the shutter. A total of 15 passengers were travelling in the bus at the time of incident.
Locals shifted four injured passengers to the nearby private hospital for treatment. Police are investigating.
