Former minister and senior Congress leader Mukesh Goud admitted to Apollo hospitals in Jubilee Hills after his health condition deteriorated on Sunday around 9 pm.
The hospital staff said that he is in ICU and in a very critical condition following which the Congress leaders and his followers turn up at the hospital. On the other hand, rumours triggered claiming that the leader has passed away. Reacting to it, Mukesh Goud son, Vikram Goud told media that he is still being treated and is in critical condition.
Goud made his last appearance during Lok Sabha elections where he arrived in a stretcher to cast his vote. He is learned to have been battling cancer for the last few years.
