Shaheen Bagh might be turned into Jallianwala Bagh after Feb 8: Asaduddin Owaisi
AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said that Shaheen Bagh might be turned into Jallianwala Bagh after February 8 suspecting that the government would clear Shaheen Bagh stretch where the people have been staging protest since over 50 days.

"The protestors might be shot and the Shaheen Bagh might be turned into Jallianwala Bagh. Also, BJP minister gave a statement to 'shoot a bullet'," said Owaisi.
Owaisi further said that the government should state it clear that there will be no implementation of NRC till 2024. He also questioned as to why the government is spending Rs 3900 crore for NPR. "I feel this way because I was a History student. Hitler during his reign conducted census twice and after that, he pushed the jews in a gas chamber. I don't want our country (to) go in that way," he added.
