Ministers Errabelli Dayakar Rao, Puvvada Ajay Kumar and former MP Nama Nageshwar Rao are passing through the village of Gubbagurthy on their way to Enkoor as part of the Khammam district tour.
The minister stopped the car when he noticed garbage lying on the road in front of a shop in Gubbagurthy village. Errabelli asked shop owner why the garbage was laid on the way an imposed a fine of five thousand rupees.
Minister Errebelli, warned the shopkeeper that severe action would be taken if the cleanliness is not maintained.
