Asifabad: Forest and Endowment Minister Allola Indrakaran Reddy said that the government will extend all possible assistance to the families of those killed in tiger attack in the district.

Along with District Collector Rahul Raj, legislator Koneru Konappa and PCCF members, the Minister on Monday visited the family of Nirmala, who was killed in tiger attack recently at Kondapalli village in Penchikalapeta mandal and Vignesh of Dahega mandal.

Minister Reddy assured the families of both the victims that the government will take care of them and watcher job in forest department will given to a member of the family. He directed the Collector to allot double bedroom house to the victims' families.

The Minister further informed that financial assistance of Rs 25,000 would be provided to each of the effected families on behalf of ITDA; Rs 20,000 on behalf of the TRS and immediate financial assistance of Rs 10,000 personally to the affected families.

Kawwal Field Director Vinod, officials of concerned departments and others were present.
