On Saturday in Nagar Kurnool district court precincts a meeting was arranged to conduct the second National Lok Adalat to be held on 08.06.2024 by the District Legal Service Authority as per the orders of the State Legal Service Authority.
Nagarkurnool: On Saturday in Nagar Kurnool district court precincts a meeting was arranged to conduct the second National Lok Adalat to be held on 08.06.2024 by the District Legal Service Authority as per the orders of the State Legal Service Authority.
In a meeting presided over by District Chief Justice D Rajesh Babu, the Chief Justice of the District addressed the police officials and said that since last year, a large number of cases have been settled by the Lok Adalat, there are 8287 cases of compromise in our district, and more through the National Lok Adalat to be held on June 8. Police officers and judicial officers have been ordered to work together so that the number of cases are resolved.
He said that due to the fact that both the parties are kings, the sense of time and money will be reduced, factions and carpaniyas will be destroyed and both parties will be happy, and this will bring a lot of good to the society. The police officials asked both the communities to please and find a way to reach a compromise. Speaking to Excise, Vigilance, Electricity officials, he said that efforts should be made to solve all the cases of compounding.
He suggested that the second National Lok Adalat to be held on June 8 would be a success. District Judicial Service Authority Secretary G Sabitha, Principal Junior Civil Judge P Maunika, First Additional Junior Civil Judge K Mamata Reddy, Second Additional Junior Civil Judge N Srinidhi, District Police Officers, Court Staff Devika, Kesava Reddy and others participated in this program.
