Amaravati: Over the directions of TN CM Palaniswami, the Ministers team has met AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Friday. In the meeting, the ministers have appealed CM to support 90 lakh Chennai people who are facing drinking water shortage and discussed on water scarcity in the city.
To the request made by TN ministers, CM YS Jagan has responded positively and immediately ordered the officials to provide drinking water to Chennai people.
On the occasion, CM said with Tamil Nadu ministers that neighboring states should stay unit in mutual brotherhood. The delegation has thanked Chief Minister for his decision to provide drinking water to Chennai.
