The incident took place on Sunday at 11 am at the Boddamadimikkonda area near Annamavaram. when police received the information regarding the Maoists residing in the agency, the geyhound police were deployed to nab the Maoists.
In the course of the 10 hours, 15 to 20 Maoists. confronted with greyhounds police at Boddamadi forest, which resulted in firing where five Maoists were killed in the incident.
