Amaravati: Reacting seriously on the claims of TDP on the capital city, Municipal Administration Minister Botsa Satyanarayana said, the previous government did not even issue a gazette notification on Amaravati which shows its negligence and the temporary nature of its governance and attitude.

Speaking to media here on Saturday, he said, 'the TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu government did not notify the capital city through a Gazette which is mandatory and this anomaly has left the state capital without any address and authentication".

Everything in the previous government has been temporary in nature and the TDP government's slackness on its part in not issuing a gazette on the capital city to make it authentic and accurate in tune with the policy of the government shows the non-seriousness of Chandrababu Naidu, he blamed.

Normally all important decisions of the government and its policies are notified through gazette for authentication and it is a normal procedure followed by all governments, he observed.

Chandrababu Naidu, who fled Hyderabad in a tearing hurry after the cash for vote case, has declared Amravati as the capital city after floating some false signals. Even without waiting for the Sivaramakrishnan Committee Report he has gone ahead with the capital city, acquiring lands left right and centre using all methods and means. This happened only after his henchmen had acquired land in the peripheries of the capital city turning it into a real estate venture, criticised the Minister once again.

The seriousness of Chandrababu Naidu and what he used to claim his 'dream city' stands fully exposed that it was done only for mercantile means and he had no genuine intentions. While numerous notifications were issued on all and sundry, the gazette on a capital city was not issued put everything in jeopardy, he said.

As the Government is a continuous process the commitments would be met with and the reverse tendering process is only to measure the scale of corruption of the previous government, he said.

In West Godavari, Nellore, Palnadu, Srikakulam and other places TDP leaders were fully exposed from the other side law and we did not create any law and order problem as being claimed by the Opposition Party, he said.
