YCP MP Nandigama Suresh was blocked by TDP cadre in Vijayawada while he was on his way to a doctor's house on Sunday. They chanted slogans against the MP displaying placards. This caused a tense atmosphere in Vijayawada. However, Suresh said his party is working towards the development of all parts of the state.
Earlier, YSP Bapatla MP Nandigam Suresh who spoke to media has alleged TDP, BJP and Jana Sena of deceiving the people by putting the Special Category Status issue in cold storage. He also said that the issue of special category issue was not taken into account in the budget.
"The people of the state want the development of three areas of the three capitals, " Suresh asserted.
