BJP Somu Veerraju meets CM Jagan
The BJP MLC Somu Veerraju met Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, which raised speculations that he might shift loyalty to YSRCP.
Amaravati: The BJP MLC Somu Veerraju met Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, which raised speculations that he might shift loyalty to YSRCP. Denying the speculations, he revealed with The Hans India that he met the CM for requesting the Government to help a patient through CM Relief Fund.
Veerraju revealed that a person has been undergoing brain haemorrhage and needs financial support from the government. He explained that for the patient's treatment, it would cost nearly Rs 20 lakh.
"This is a very serious case. It can be addressed only I meet the CM personally and explain the seriousness to him.", he explained, when asked about the meeting between the BJP leader and CM.
He further explained that his visit was not related to any political development. Explaining all these, he put an end to the speculations and rumours.
