He said that his plan of action was sent to Chairman of AP state Council for Higher Education (APSCHE) on Wednesday at Vijayawada. He released a press note on its details. To achieve transparency in its implementation and to reach
actual beneficiaries, campaign and awareness among the people is essential, Lajipathi Rai said. Involvement of students from degree level in this exercise will also helpful to students as field study and experience at ground level, he elaborated.
