Canara Bank conducts CASA campaign

Visakhapatnam: The staff of Canara Bank Regional Office has organised CASA (Savings and Current Account) campaign at their Dabagardens Branch.

Canara Bank GM Vijayawada, D V Prasad Rao inaugurated the campaign. Speaking on the occasion, Prasad Rao said that "Customer Care is our motto" and Canara Bank extends service to all sections of people including small savings customers.

The CASA campaign has been conducted at all regions across the country. So far, the bank has introduced the following schemes "Canara Savings, Current, Canara Champ, Galaxy, Payrole, Power Plus, Junior Savings, Canara Saral" to serve all sections of people.

He also said the bank has introduced savings account to new customers in Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam and Vizianagaram regions. For the development of people in Urban and Rural areas, Canara bank was always there, he said.

The bank also offers various Government schemes "Jan Dhan Yojana, Jeevan Jyothi Bhima Yojana, Pradhanmantri Aavas Yojana, Pradhanmantri Employment Guarantee, he said.

Divisional Manager P Chandrasekhar, Prasanta Kumar Sasmal, Dabagardens Branch Chief Manager, D Srinivasulu other executives and branch managers and staff participated in the campaign.

General Manager D V Prasad Rao felicitated some of their valuable customers for being supportive to the bank.
