The Central Administrative Tribunal has given a rude shock to the YSRCP government headed by chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy over the suspension of the IRS officer Jasti Krishna Kishore on Tuesday. The CAT has ordered the Jagan's government to cancel the suspensions orders.

The tribunal on Tuesday issued an order to this extent allowing Krishna Kishore to return to central services. CAT also asserted the government to go by law in cases against Krishna Kishore.

Jasti Krishna Kishore, who was the CEO of AP Economic Development Council in the previous government, has been suspended by the Jagan government following allegations of corruption in the TDP government. A case has been registered against him by the government of AP. However, the CAT has issued orders to cancel the Krishna Kishore suspension.
