Farewell given to divisional PRO Ramachandrarao
Information Deputy Director G Manoranjan has said it was painful to give send off to divisional PRO Ramachandrarao who brought name and fame to the department with his hard work.
Eluru: Information Deputy Director G Manoranjan has said it was painful to give send off to divisional PRO Ramachandrarao who brought name and fame to the department with his hard work.
A farewell function was organised for Ramachandrarao here on Wednesday. Ramachandrarao was transferred to Vijayawada. Speaking on the occasion, Manoranjan said that though transfers were common for government officials, Ramachandrarao's transfer created a vacuum as he was known for providing information to the media fast by maintaining better coordination with both district officials and people's representatives.
He hoped that Ramachandrarao would be posted again to the district on promotion. He was presented with a shawl and honoured with garlands. Staff of the information department was present.
