Fish Marketing Society members thank officials
The members of the Ongole Fish Marketing Society have thanked joint director of fisheries department Balarama Murthy, assistant director Usha Rani, FDO Kiran Kumar
Ongole: The members of the Ongole Fish Marketing Society have thanked joint director of fisheries department Balarama Murthy, assistant director Usha Rani, FDO Kiran Kumar and other officials for cooperating and extending all support to form the society in the town.
The society president Pedasingu Srinivasa Rao, vice president Kokkiligadda Bhadrachalam said that hundreds of families in the town are dependent on the selling fish and other marine products, but are deprived of the fruits from cooperative societies due to lack of knowledge and encouragement.
But the minister Balineni Srinivas Reddy, Ongole YSRCP president Singaraju Venkatarao, BC Cell president Katari Sankar and it's official spokesperson Kokkiligadda David Lincoln helped them in understanding the uses of forming a society and encouraged to form Ongole Fish Marketing Society.
They thanked the officials and public representatives for the support they have offered throughout the process and announced that they are under a cooperative marketing society.
