Guntur: Political JAC leaders took out a bike rally in Guntur city on Tuesday opposing the abolition of State Legislative Council and they said that YSRCP government unilaterally took the decision. They termed the decision as 'undemocratic' and raised slogans against the YSRCP government.
The rally started at Gujjanagundla in Guntur city and reached Ambedkar Statue at Lodge Centre.
Addressing the gathering, CPI district secretary Jangala Ajay Kumar warned that the voters would teach a lesson to the YSRCP government for implementing anti-people policies. TDP Guntur West Assembly constituency in-charge Kolvelamudi Nani, TDP leader Mannava Subba Rao were among those present on the occasion.
