Amaravati: The high court permits CBI investigation on the TDP leader and former MLA Yarapathineni Srinivasa Rao on Monday. Earlier, CID has submitted a detail report to the court alleging illegal mining.
The CID has identified the illegal transactions of Yarapathineni's in Andhra bank account. However, the court has clarified that the state government has to make the final decision whether to conduct CBI investigation or not and ordered to tell its decision by Wednesday. In this context, we have to see how the government reacts to the court's order.
