Jagan to attend Iftar party in Guntur tomorrow
Chief Minister Y S Jaganmohan Reddy will participate in the Iftar party to be held at the B R Stadium in Guntur city on June 3.
Guntur: Chief Minister Y S Jaganmohan Reddy will participate in the Iftar party to be held at the B R Stadium in Guntur city on June 3.
District collector Kona Sasidhar and Guntur urban SP Ch.Vijaya Rao visited the Brahmmananda Reddy Stadium on Saturday and reviewed the arrangements for Iftar party in which the Chief Minister will participate.
Addressing the media, Kona Sasidhar said that Muslim leaders and others would take part in the party. Over 3,500 persons are expected to attend the Iftar, he said added that they will issue passes to the invitees.
Urban SP Ch Vijaya Rao said they will make elaborate security arrangements for Iftar Party at the B R Stadium and added that the police officials will coordinate with district administration and make the programme a grand success.
Joint Collector Himanshu Shukla, GMC In-charge Commissioner AVNS Murthy and police officials were present.
