Korukonda: Rajanagaram MLA and Kapu Corporation Chairman Jakkampudi Raja asked the officials of Sri Lakshmi Narsimha Swamy temple to make fool-proof arrangements to the float festival scheduled to be held on November 26 in the Pushkarini.
Reviewing the arrangements with the officials at the temple here on Monday, he instructed the them to take care of the arrangements to avoid criticism from any quarter.
He also asked the officials to clean the tank for the float festival without delay and advised them to arrange proper lighting at the tank. As the float festival is an important event, the devotees will throng to witness the celestial fete.
Later, he inaugurated the entrance of gate of Ghantalamma temple donated by Venkatanagaram former sarpanch V Satyanarayana and also a bell of 104 kg weight donated by K Rama Krishna. Temple superintendent Gurraju, YSRCP leaders B Badri, S Chinni, Babji B Chandu and others were present.
