Man sentenced to three years jail over illegal affair in Anantapur district
A person has been sentenced to three years of jail over an extramarital affair with his sister-in-law.
A person has been sentenced to three years of jail over an extramarital affair with his sister-in-law. Going into details, Eswaraiah, who belongs to Gantapuram village in Bathalapalle mandal of Anantapur district has developed an illegal relationship with his sister-in-law.
Over knowing about the affair, the woman's husband Srikanth became upset and committed suicide three years ago. With this, Srikanth's sister approached the police. She filed a complaint on Eswaraiah for the death of her brother.
On receiving the complaint, Bathalapalle police registered a case under Section 306 against Eswaraiah and his sister-in-law Radha. After a long court trial, the crime has been established. Dharmavaram Senior Civil Judge Krishnavenamma sentenced the accused Eswaraiah and Radha to three years imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 5,000.
