Kakinada: City Mayor Sunkara Pavani said that she would extend her support to the candidate selected by the TDP leadership as a disciplined soldier of the party. The mayor wanted Chandrababu Naidu as Chief Minister in the ensuing elections.
The mayor on Sunday reminded that she was elected as Mayor in 2017 after Naidu recognised her services to the party and named her as mayor despite stiff competition.
Pavani assured to strive for the success of the party MLA candidate with highest majority in Kakinada.
She appealed to the voters to recognise the development during TDP rule and several welfare schemes taken up for the welfare of the poor under its regime.
