Chilakaluripet MLA Vidadala Rajini requested District Collector I Samuel Anand Kumar to take steps to develop historical Kondaveedu Fort which will attract tourists.
Guntur: Chilakaluripet MLA Vidadala Rajini requested District Collector I Samuel Anand Kumar to take steps to develop historical Kondaveedu Fort which will attract tourists.
She met the District Collector in the office on Saturday and explained the need to take up Kondaveedu Fort development works and requested him to lay power lines to hillock of the Kondaveedu Fort.
She said thought the government sanctioned four transformers to set up on Kondaveedu Fort, the APSDCL did not take any steps to set up the transformers. She requested him to sanction a substation for Kondaveedu Fort and added that if all the departments will work with the coordination, it will develop and attract more tourists.
Samuel Anand Kumar assured that he will hold a meeting with all the departments on Kondaveedu Fort development on October 9.
