MP Srikrishnadevarayalu welcomes State Budget
Narasaraopet MP Srikrishnadevarayalu welcomed the state Budget presented in the Assembly for the financial year 2019-20.
Guntur: Narasaraopet MP Srikrishnadevarayalu welcomed the state Budget presented in the Assembly for the financial year 2019-20. He hailed the decision of the setting up of a medical college in Gurazala in Guntur district and added that during the election campaign, Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, assured a medical college in Gurazala.
He recalled that so far, the students of Palandu region had gone to Guntur city or other states to study MBBS course. If new medical college is established, the students may study MBBS in Gurazala Medical College, he said and thanked Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy for sanctioning medical college for Narasaraopet Parliament constituency.
He said, the Chief Minister fulfilled his promise and sanctioned a medical college and allotted funds for this purpose. He felt that in Budget also government give priority for education and health sector.
In a separate statement, YSRCP state general secretary Atukuri Anjaneyulu said, `` Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy allocated more funds for education, health and for welfare programmes.''
He said that he allotted funds for welfare schemes and added that this Budget is helpful to farmers, students and poor people. He felt that allotting funds for price stabilisation in the Budget is a good sign. He hailed the state Budget for the financial year 2019-20 presented in the state Assembly on Friday.
